Job Description

You will lead and support production and manufacturing operations to deliver safe, high-quality products on time. You will work closely with operations, quality, engineering and planning teams. Job Responsibility

  • Plan, coordinate and supervise daily manufacturing and packaging activities to meet schedules, quality and safety standards
  • Coach and develop production teams
  • set clear expectations and provide regular feedback
  • Support compliance and quality systems through investigations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), change controls and audit readiness
  • Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation and system postings
  • Work with engineering and planning to manage equipment availability, material flow and capacity
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency, reduce waste and improve key performance metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Chemistry or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years’ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, filling or packaging operations
  • Experience with SAP, manufacturing execution systems or inventory management tools
  • Experience in production operations with supervisory or frontline leadership exposure
  • Problem-solving experience with root cause analysis and CAPA processes
  • Ability to use manufacturing systems or enterprise resource planning tools for data posting
  • Training or experience in Lean, Six Sigma or operational excellence methods
  • Experience conducting or supporting audits and audit readiness activities
  • Strong communication and coaching skills for cross-functional collaboration
