Job Description:

A well-established property developer with a track record in the residential, commercial, and construction sectors. They are looking for talent to grow within a matured property portfolio.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive occupancy through targeted tenant sourcing and optimized tenant mix strategies for commercial and retail assets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for improving rental returns and property positioning
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing tenants to ensure high retention and a positive tenant experience
  • Oversee the end-to-end lease process, including legal documentation, rental collections/arrears, and coordinating with facilities teams for unit handovers
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and finance teams to provide accurate data on occupancy, revenue performance, and property promotion

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in leasing
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian tenancy laws, market trends, business development, and transaction processes
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage stakeholders effectively
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) or ERP software (e.g., IFCA) is an advantage
