Job Description

The Assistant Manager, Internal Systems role will ensure efficient operating processes are created, implemented and maintained across the Delivery team, across all products. Seeking a seasoned systems thinker with a proven track record in designing and implementing efficient operating processes. Ideal candidates will possess a process-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. A deep understanding of project management lifecycles and no code tools is essential. Experience in building and maintaining Airtable systems within an ed-tech environment is a strong plus. This role will be instrumental in aligning operational initiatives with broader business goals and fostering seamless collaboration within the Delivery Team.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, maintain, and implement innovative and cost-effective tools to support existing and new initiatives for the Delivery team
  • Collaborate with the Global Delivery Team to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions that integrate into our foundational Airtable tech stack
  • Design and implement processes for Emeritus Delivery teams to streamline data and workflows and provide efficient solutions to support department-level objectives, KPIs, and performance targets
  • Gather functional requirements and analyze impacted processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Implement innovative solutions to automate processes
  • Understand the broader 'tech stack' and how tools fit within the overall system
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of operational workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
  • Manage the roadmap for Delivery tool initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders
  • Oversee a ticketing system for Delivery tool issues
