We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager for our Kids Club in Phu Quoc, Vietnam. This role offers an exciting opportunity to create memorable experiences for children while supporting our team in delivering exceptional service at our resort.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in managing daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe and fun environment for children
Plan, organize, and implement engaging age-appropriate activities and programs for children of various age groups
Supervise and mentor Kids Club staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high-quality service standards
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and child protection policies
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special events and activities for families
Handle parent inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed
Assist in developing and implementing new programs to enhance the guest experience
Participate in staff training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support the Kids Club Manager in administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Recreation Management, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in children's entertainment, education, or related field
Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or recreation preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to plan and coordinate engaging activities for children of various age groups
Proficiency in child safety practices and emergency procedures
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English

Familiarity with hospitality and tourism industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and child management software
