Job Description

The Key Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing existing customers in the region/geography assigned. This is primarily an office based job and so the responsibilities that will need to be executed will involve customer contact over telephone or email. In exceptional cases, it may be required to visit the customer. The person will report to the National Key Account Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Overall Sales / Inside Sales / Customer Care experience of 4+ years
  • Experience in managing Key Accounts will be an added advantage
  • Excellent Customer Relationship management skills
  • Good communication – both verbal and written
