We are seeking an Assistant Manager, International Talent & Operations to support our growing London office. This role is both the steady people presence and the operational anchor that helps our team thrive. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a progressive HR/Talent and/or Operations role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law basics
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
