Key responsibilities encompass a wide range of HR duties under Employee services, including managing employee relations, end-to-end Payroll administration for US, Time administration, administering benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing workplace concerns. They also play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment by supporting employees while aligning with the organization's goals and policies. Serve as a coach and mentor to Specialists. Seen as an SME within the team and handles HR escalations - complex employee relations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for day-to-day support for key HR processes and applications related to Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliant with regulatory requirements in partnership with Global Payroll Processing vendor
  • Responsible for Workforce admin (Time), Benefit Admin & HR Operational activities
  • Provide support in delivering global and regional projects related to HR Service Delivery, ensuring successful implementation and outcomes.
  • Review, Update & Enhance Payroll procedures, ensure data integrity related to Payroll process, Identify and Mitigate any risk through corrective action and continuous Improvement to ensure legal compliance, adherence to Audit Requirements & continuous Enhancement of accuracy levels.
  • Analyzing HR transactions, ensuring data integrity in Success Factor, ADP Global View, ADP E Time System of record by adhering to work guidelines and processes to ensure compliant transactions are maintained. Collect and process electronic and manual employee data into the payroll (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) & Time Systems
  • Ensure statutory compliance with all related HR policies, programs, and payroll processes, adhering to relevant laws and regulations
  • Perform scheduled activities and audits serving as a liaison with the regional centers
  • Responsible for transitioning Global HR Processes mainly Payroll, Time & Employee Life cycle deliverables to India delivery center
  • Deliver timely and accurate multiple payroll services, ensuring that timelines are met by schedule
  • Respond to resolve inquiries received through HR Ticketing system, calls, etc. submitted to the HR Service Center
  • Responsible for Finance and Audit requests are addressed promptly
  • Provide superior customer service daily to both external and internal customers
  • Assists with developing and maintaining concise documentation for global procedures and work processes. Ensure standard checklists exist as warranted. Assist in the development of communication and training materials as needed
  • Provide continuous feedback to peers and management about trends, processes, and opportunities for improvement
  • Continuous focus on improving the HR process and HR service delivery model, promote self-services
  • Co-Ordinate with Finance team for timely closure of outstandings
  • Maintain coherent, accurate comments in HR Ticketing system to aid with future common issues.

Requirements:

  • 10-15 Years of Relevant Work Experience Required
  • Experience in leading HR shared services organization in reputable MNC companies, preferred working under Global HR Operation Center / Global Payroll Delivery Center
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end US Payroll process and its impact on pay and compensation
  • Added advantage if the candidate has experience in reputed Payroll system such as ADP payroll & other payroll process vendors
  • Knowledge of transitioning HR processes to Delivery Centers, especially Global Payroll.
  • HR System knowledge like HCM System, Payroll System, CRM Tools, Time / Workforce Manager
  • Demonstrate proactive personal commitment to the adoption of new processes and working practices
  • Experience working with various HR Systems and proficiency with PC applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
  • Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good analytic and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management
