Attendance & Leave Management: Consolidate and verify attendance and leave data received from all units. Ensure accuracy and timely submission of attendance reports for payroll processing. Coordinate with unit HR teams to resolve discrepancies. Payroll Management: Support end-to-end payroll processing in coordination with units and finance. Check and validate salary inputs, deductions, arrears, and reimbursements. Generate and review payroll MIS and variance reports. Statutory & Payroll Compliance: Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.). Prepare and assist in filing monthly/annual returns and compliance reports. Coordinate with consultants/vendors for statutory remittances and audit queries. Audit Support: Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits. Maintain up-to-date compliance records and trackers. Support the Reporting manager in responding to audit observations. Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with HRBPs and unit HR teams Pan-India for compliance and payroll matters. Prepare and share consolidated compliance dashboards and reports. Support daily operational activities and special projects assigned by Reporting manager.

Requirements
MBA-HR/PGDM-HR
4-7 years of experience in payroll and compliance management (preferably in manufacturing setup)
Must have handled multiple locations
Strong knowledge of payroll process and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software
Attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines
Good coordination and communication skills
Understanding of audit procedures and documentation
