Job Responsibility:
Support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper by overseeing daily housekeeping operations across rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
Be a connector within the team, fostering a collaborative, positive, community-focused work environment
Ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained in line with Sheraton brand expectations and guest satisfaction goals
Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising the work of room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry teams
Monitor operational performance, labour costs, and productivity to support departmental financial objectives
Respond promptly and professionally to guest needs, feedback, and complaints to enhance the overall guest experience
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure exceptional quality and service delivery
Manage inventory of linen, amenities, chemicals, and equipment, ensuring stock levels support operational demands
Lead by example, creating a supportive environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and high engagement among associates
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety procedures, hygiene standards, and brand guidelines
Support training and ongoing development of housekeeping associates to build a strong, service-oriented team
Assist with rostering, staffing levels, and daily task assignments to ensure efficient departmental operations
Build strong relationships across departments such as Front Office and Engineering to streamline guest service and operational flow
Support team-building activities that reinforce our culture of “together we are better”
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role
Previous experience in housekeeping leadership or a similar supervisory role
Experience with housekeeping systems or property management systems (e.g., OPERA) preferred
Strong eye for detail and passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation
Motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A natural leader with a warm, positive, people-focused approach
Solutions-driven with a proactive and “can-do” attitude
