Deliver value across all Marketing Hub delivered and connected activities as the focal point for ensuring key performance analytics are defined, measured, and reported with insight for both operational needs and transformation opportunity identification across the entirety of the Marketing Services activity base.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure timely and effective communication of Performance results and insights sliced and diced by key stakeholder requirements across: PDN, BU, BG, and Product focused on both Opportunity and Risk-based analytics
Play a key role in connecting Performance Analysis between the Partner and UL Design Authority (Product Owners), recommending improvements through robust analysis and insights at pace and scale
Work with the Partner Reporting team to ensure that the Command Centre is always evolving in line with business need, and then up to date both structurally and with Operational Performance metrics - driving insight to action
Converging various data streams (operational data, IT performance metrics, performance KPIs, etc) to generate insights that will challenge current WOW and norms in operations
Using analytics to continuously challenge and drive efficient and effective operations with the intention of generating continuous improvement ideas
Leverage analytics and/or reporting to monitor adoption/usage of technology in an effort to minimize exceptions
Identify emerging trends in performance and arrest potential problems through action planning with the service delivery team
Drive benchmarking and cross-pollination across markets in the hub and vs other hubs
Develop analytics dashboards through Partners with an eye on consistency across the operations
