We are seeking a detail‑oriented Work Practice Administrator to support accurate employee data management within SuccessFactors for global markets. The individual will handle end-to-end HR transactional activities, ensure high-quality data integrity, support SLA commitments, manage stakeholder interactions, and contribute to process improvement and automation across VOIS HR Operations.
Job Responsibility:
Process a wide range of HR transactions within existing and new processes, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
Maintain performance within agreed Service Level Agreements and support consistent operational excellence
Ensure data accuracy and quality across systems and manual processes, meeting audit and integrity requirements
Contribute to improving HR systems and processes, including identifying opportunities for digital enhancements and automation
Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and support SMEs and team leads for seamless HR service delivery
Requirements:
Knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly Organisation Management and Employee Central
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet timelines and deliver consistently within SLAs
0–2 years of experience, ideally in a shared services environment
A graduate degree
MBA in Human Resources preferred
