Job Description
You will be joining a collaborative and high-performing operations team that values efficiency and professional growth. The team culture is supportive and fast-paced, focusing on delivering seamless banking experiences to high-net-worth and corporate clients. You will work closely with the IT and Compliance departments to maintain the highest service standards.
Job Responsibility
Handle high-level customer enquiries via phone and email, specifically addressing electronic banking issues and transaction status tracking
Manage the end-to-end processing of application forms, ensuring all documentation is complete and routed to relevant departments promptly
Provide dedicated support to VIP clients, following up on complex transaction requests until successful completion
Review and monitor various banking service applications to maintain accuracy and service quality
Assist in the regular update of operational guidelines, procedures, and working manuals to reflect current regulatory requirements
Ensure all activities remain in strict compliance with internal policies and external regulatory frameworks
Contribute to strategic projects and ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by senior management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience specifically within the corporate banking industry
Solid professional knowledge in deposit and remittance operations is highly advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality and a professional service-oriented mindset
Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Mandarin being essential
Immediate availability is highly preferred
