We have four key business areas responsible for efficiently bringing the best of HSBC to our clients through a broad and relevant suite of wealth and retail banking capabilities: Asset Management, Global Private Banking & Wealth, HSBC Life, Retail Banking & Strategy and COO & Digital Transformation. We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Funds and Discretionary Products.

Job Responsibility:

  • Produce business management information (MI), product control and regulatory reporting
  • Support new product launch downstream works and post launch review for Key performance indicators (KPIs) tracking
  • Support business and controls & risk projects, including new platform development, sales process & compliance project, marketing campaign and internal education event
  • Support to build the market landscape for Unit Trusts to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Contribute to idea formulation, development and implementation regarding Group initiatives
  • Assist in managing and ensure service level quality and the resilience of end-to-end processes effectively to achieve high customer satisfaction and mitigate reputational and regulatory risks
  • Assist in the mobilization of new and existing multi channels including digital/mobile and frontline that aims to integrate Unit Trusts services into an effective customer experience
  • Support the development of Unit Trusts services to surpass competitor and customer expectations through close collaboration with internal divisions and external parties and regulators

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant discipline
  • Relevant experience in the securities, investments or banking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong motivation and commercial awareness
  • Excellent Powerpoint, Excel and analytical skills
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
