Job Responsibility

  • Membership & Bulk Revenues Finalisation & Reconciliation
  • Updating Revenue Reconciliations in Saltside Template & Workings in Google Folder
  • Finance incentive calculation and assigning special tasks
  • Bank statement uploading & reconciliation in Xero
  • Monitoring expenses & maintaining the projected cash balance along with the remittances
  • Checking the payment vouchers for accuracy when raising cheque payments
  • Checking the payment vouchers for accuracy when processing online payments & transfers
  • Resolving issues and supervising subordinates’ work
  • Assist with ad hoc Finance related tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting or fully qualifications in CA or CMA / ACCA or CIMA
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Finance
  • Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft office and experience with standard accounting software packages
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong planning and prioritization ability
