Ensure proper documentation, compliance with service level agreements, and timely submission of invoices and payments
Oversee vendor quotations and invoices, schedule monthly vendor meetings, and take corrective actions when necessary
Conduct risk assessments, create action plans, and participate in evacuation drills for emergency preparedness
Maintain engineering reports, enforce safety practices, and monitor daily/weekly/monthly checklists to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
Strong experience in managing and maintaining electromechanical/utility services in a commercial or industrial setting
Knowledge of preventive maintenance strategies and ability to implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules effectively
Experience in conducting inspections to identify risks and defects and taking necessary corrective actions
Demonstrated ability to review and guide subordinate staff, providing technical guidance and support as needed
Proficient in documentation and tracking, including managing AMCs, invoices, and vendor quotations
Strong budgeting and financial management skills, with the ability to monitor SLAs/KPIs and control expenses
Excellent understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce safe working practices, conduct risk assessments, and create action plans for emergency response and system failures
Strong technical knowledge and experience in managing electromechanical/utility systems in commercial or industrial facilities
Ability to implement planned preventive maintenance (PPM) strategies and conduct regular inspections to identify and mitigate risks and defects
Experience in supervising and reviewing the work of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training when necessary
Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping, including managing service agreements, invoices, and client approvals
Excellent budgeting and financial management skills, along with a commitment to safety and adherence to regulations and best practices
