Dedicated to driving sustainable economic growth, digital innovation, and robust corporate governance, our client is looking for an ambitious professional to strengthen their Risk, Compliance & Sustainability division. If you are passionate about corporate integrity and want to make a tangible impact in a dynamic, fast-paced organization, this is an exceptional opportunity to elevate your career. As the Assistant Manager for Risk, Compliance & Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in operationalizing the company's corporate compliance framework. Reporting directly to the Head of Department, you will not simply be a 'box-ticker'; you will act as a strategic advisor, navigating evolving regulatory landscapes and fostering a strong culture of accountability across the organization. You will balance advisory, monitoring, and enforcement roles, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external regulators to ensure the company operates at the highest ethical standards.

  • Proactively monitor compliance adherence, investigate potential breaches, and conduct root cause analysis
  • Track the implementation of remedial actions and ensure sustainable resolution of any compliance issues
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and insightful compliance dashboards and reports for Management, relevant committees, and the Board of Directors
  • Serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and stakeholders on all compliance matters
  • Support the preparation and accurate submission of regulatory filings and audit documentation within stipulated deadlines
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Management and business units, interpreting complex regulatory requirements into practical operational controls
  • Monitor emerging regulatory developments and assess their potential impact on the company's strategic activities
  • Champion a risk-aware and ethical culture by planning and delivering compliance training and awareness programs across all levels of the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Governance, Risk & Compliance, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate compliance, governance, audit, or regulatory-related roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into actionable internal policies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives under tight timelines and can balance stakeholder relationships with enforcement duties
