Job Description

Support the Senior Manager – Commercial Transport and Commercial Manager Parking to enable the effective and efficient running of the parking and transport business (car parks, valet and forecourt operations) to achieve an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operational requirements to ensure functioning public and staff car parks, forecourts, commercial areas, rental car offices and valet facilities
  • Delivering excellent on-site operations and presentation in all landside transport areas
  • Responsibility for ensuring all Transport assets are operating and performing to business standards
  • Work closely with key digital vendors to ensure customer facing digital Transport products continue to operate and perform in the required manner
  • Preparing monthly finance reports team, raising Purchase Orders and assisting project managers with transport related projects

Requirements

  • Degree qualification in commerce, business, transport or tourism or related field
  • Minimum of 4-years’ experience within a fast paced, high volume operational environments connected to transport, airports, tourism, and/or travel
  • Project management experience
  • Track record in working with different digital systems
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders / customers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • People first and values based
  • Organised, proactive, confident
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power Point
