Build Brand adidas to be the best sports brand in Taiwan, via comprehensive communication planning and implementation. Provide full support in developing and executing ATL/ BTL/ Digital campaigns according to GTM plans and goals. Including owned, earned, paid media communication, and KOL relationships maintenance.
Job Responsibility:
Develop brand messaging, brand communications plans, and consumer-focused marketing activations aligned with the overall marketing strategy
Plan and execute integrated marketing activations that drive consumer engagement across online and offline touchpoints
Analyze and evaluate campaign effectiveness with supporting data and references
Monitor competitors’ activities and provide input to develop necessary defense plan
Ensure most effective use of ATL/ BTL/ PR/ Digital budget
Assist in the management of MWB spend reports and tracking sheets
Follow internal finance procedures, on-going commitment, and payment request forms management
Follow the advertising and advertorial budget as set per the marketing plan
Provide full support in the execution of IMC, including owned, earned, paid media communication, and PR support plans
Develop advertising material
recommendation of advertising materials from global/GCA toolkits + recommendation on local adaptation, work closely with agencies – copy development, print production & video production
Assist Manager to support the GTM process through the development of Marketing Calendars aligned with CM and GCA BC teams
Develop and monitor media plans – work closely with advertising agency to create competitive media advantages for adidas and develop out integrated and valuable media plan
Develop close relationships with key media, influencers, celebrities, and key partners
Ensure that adidas is informed about any new media opportunities
Maintain a good understanding of the media market / prices
Execute the tracking system to continuously understand consumer insight/attitude and take-away of our completed program, help adidas to identify more business opportunity and adjust marketing strategy
Continuously share marketing communication information with adidas teams
Develop and execute advertorial and digital plans
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or department head
Requirements:
5 years’ experience in the marketing department of a global consumer goods (apparel, beverages, FMCG) brand or advertising agency serving global consumer goods brands
University Degree in Marketing or related field
Fluent in English & Mandarin
Sports passion and industry understanding – footwear / apparel
