Job Description

The role requires the ability to lead and groom a team for producing bids/proposals, draft responses, and pitch presentations, and maintain repositories of case studies, proposal baseline, and business metrics in accordance with Clients’ requirements and JLL value proposition.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and groom a team of Bid Support analysts, proposal writers, Knowledge Management analysts
  • Produce bids/proposals, draft responses, and pitch presentations
  • Maintain repositories of case studies, proposal baseline, and business metrics
  • Develop / update / maintain proposal baseline repositories
  • Engage with all organisational SMEs to ensure inputs are received and incorporated
  • Work with business lines, regions, functional teams to complete JLL presentations and baselines
  • Champion proposal best-practice
  • Ensure alignment to governance protocols, internal processes, trackers
  • Undertake end-to-end responsibility of managing and maintaining repositories on JLL digital systems
  • Ensure a logical taxonomy for libraries
  • Proactively respond to requests from the team across the region
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Manage a team with varied proposal related skills and levels
  • Undertake hiring, grooming, training
  • Run regular knowledge sharing sessions
  • Undertake day-to-day work allocation
  • Ensure team’s full utilization and efficiency metric
  • Ensure apt stakeholder communication by the juniors
  • Hold crucial conversations and productive feedback discussions
  • Take accountability of employee engagement
  • Support open to support during peak hours or after-office hours for critical client submissions

Requirements

  • Post-Graduate, with excellent academic credentials
  • 10-12 years of experience from a professional services firm
  • Minimum of 4 years of independent proposal writing experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of team management experience
