We’re looking for a talented Assistant Manager to join our Wealth Management Banking, Credit, and Custody team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about client-focused documentation, communications, and compliance with regulations. Ensuring we meet regulatory standards while delivering exceptional service aligned with RBC’s values.

Job Responsibility:

  • Content and Documentation Support – Refine and update product literature (e.g., application forms, terms, factsheets) to ensure clarity and compliance. Lead the creation of new client materials that reflect our commitment to quality.
  • Communication Support – Draft clear, client-friendly communications (regulatory updates, product changes) and streamline templates for efficiency. Coordinate mass mailings and approvals seamlessly.
  • Compliance and Governance – Be our Consumer Duty champion, ensuring fair value assessments and adherence to regulations like PSD2. Spot risks early and keep our operations airtight.
  • Operational Excellence – Maintain workflows, procedures, and records, while collaborating across teams to deliver cross-departmental projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Engage with Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and operational teams in approval forums, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial services documentation, compliance, or communications.
  • Strong grasp of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Consumer Duty, PSD2).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills—turning complex info into clear, compliant materials.
  • Project coordination and stakeholder management prowess.
  • Discretion with sensitive information.
