This role owns hiring execution and employee lifecycle experience from interview coordination through onboarding and early employment stage. The role requires strong ownership, structured follow-through, disciplined tracker management, and proactive stakeholder coordination. The incumbent independently manages responsibilities end-to-end, flags risks early, and ensures timelines are met without constant supervision. Operating mindset: Own it. Solve it. Close it. Performance will be evaluated on timeliness, accuracy, independence, and stakeholder feedback.
Job Responsibility:
Own hiring execution from interview coordination through joining
Manage interview scheduling, panel coordination, and candidate communication
Track feedback closure and maintain live hiring trackers
Coordinate reference checks and selection documentation
Ensure offer documentation and joining checklist completion
Support international hiring coordination including documentation and timelines
Own Day 1 onboarding process
Coordinate with Admin/IT for system access, ID cards, onboarding readiness
Ensure first-week formalities are completed
Act as first point of contact for employee queries related to onboarding
