Job Description

This role owns hiring execution and employee lifecycle experience from interview coordination through onboarding and early employment stage. The role requires strong ownership, structured follow-through, disciplined tracker management, and proactive stakeholder coordination. The incumbent independently manages responsibilities end-to-end, flags risks early, and ensures timelines are met without constant supervision. Operating mindset: Own it. Solve it. Close it. Performance will be evaluated on timeliness, accuracy, independence, and stakeholder feedback.

Job Responsibility

  • Own hiring execution from interview coordination through joining
  • Manage interview scheduling, panel coordination, and candidate communication
  • Track feedback closure and maintain live hiring trackers
  • Coordinate reference checks and selection documentation
  • Ensure offer documentation and joining checklist completion
  • Support international hiring coordination including documentation and timelines
  • Own Day 1 onboarding process
  • Coordinate with Admin/IT for system access, ID cards, onboarding readiness
  • Ensure first-week formalities are completed
  • Act as first point of contact for employee queries related to onboarding
  • Manage employment documentation (contracts, renewals, extensions, letters)
  • Track confirmations and probation milestones
  • Maintain HR MIS and employee records
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound secondments
  • Manage exit documentation and clearance checklist
  • Ensure timely documentation and system closure

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist / Employee Lifecycle roles
  • Strong follow-up discipline and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and faculty
  • High ownership mindset
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable
