Job Description:

Plan, organize, and deliver exceptional soft services, site hygiene, pantry/F&B, and corporate events for The Client at Powai Mumbai, ensuring compliance, quality, and memorable workplace experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute daily soft service activities—site cleanliness, pantry/cafeteria operations, meeting/event setups—ensuring high quality and statutory compliance per the contract
  • Organize and manage all site events, conferences, employee engagement activities, and large meetings, from venue setup and catering to logistics, travel, and on-site delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and the workplace experience manager to meet event and soft service objectives to company standards
  • Manage event calendars, supply inventories, promotional materials, and soft service resources
  • Negotiate with vendors/service partners, review contracts, and monitor service delivery in line with KPIs
  • Monitor budgets and provide updates to management on soft service and event expenses
  • Prepare and review post-event reports, gather feedback, recommend improvements, and maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, labour law, and The Client at Powai policies during all operations
  • Support analysis, planning, and reporting on soft services/events as required by management
  • assist with presentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years’ experience in event planning, soft services, or facilities management
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, documentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexible to shift work, travel, and evolving priorities
