Job Description:

Support Sales & Marketing efforts at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort. Responsibilities include resolving guest inquiries, promoting loyalty through sales techniques, supporting employee training, and performing office duties. Be part of Marriott International’s global team.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts
promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking guest reservations
answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing

Requirements:

At least 2 years of related work experience
high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
