Assistant manager – reward & benefits

• Manage daily reward & benefits administration, including leave, medical, and flexible benefits
• Oversee payroll-related reporting and data validation
• Supervise one direct report and provide guidance on daily operations
• Coordinate with site-based HR teams for operational support
• Maintain accurate employee data using HRMS platforms (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday)
• Support process improvements and ensure compliance with policies and controls

• Around 8 years of HR experience, with a focus on C&B or HR operations
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to manage timelines independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar HRMS platforms
• Stable, professional, and discreet in handling sensitive HR data
• Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English
