Job Description:

Assistant Manager position at Sheraton Resort & Spa Tokoriki Island Fiji, responsible for ensuring optimal restaurant service, staff coordination, and guest satisfaction while maintaining operational standards and safety procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team to ensure optimum service
Complete opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Report incidents and accidents to management
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling employees
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Eligible for individuals with working rights in Fiji
