Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Real Estate (S16) to manage real estate accounting operations in compliance with IFRS 16 principles. This role involves end-to-end contract management for lease accounting, accurate processing of financial transactions in SAP RE-FX, and ensuring timely reporting and reconciliation. The position is based in Pune and requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in German and English.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage real estate accounting operations in line with IFRS 16 standards
  • Ensure accurate and timely contract creation, modification, and valuation postings for lease accounting
  • Deliver month-end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret new accounting procedures and assess impacts
  • Maintain process controls and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Platforms)
  • Fluent in German (B2.1) and English
  • Hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX and financial analysis
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills
