Job Description:

The role involves delivering branch customer interface functions in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Focus on improving productivity, branch hygiene, and ensuring compliance with AML and sanction policies. Requires holistic understanding of branch operations with a customer service focus.

Job Responsibility:

Contributes to improving productivity in the branch
Branch hygiene standards
Ensure positive customer experience and manage complaints / escalations
Establish mutual respect and trust in dealing with others
Adherence to overall operational standards set by the bank
Comply with the applicable laws, regulations, Group and local guidelines related to Sanctions and AML policy
Remain alert and promptly report if a customer is found engaging in sanction evasion or AML violations
Understand the legal responsibility to report unusual activity
Provide additional information to support AML investigations
Demonstrate understanding of customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence guidelines
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal AML policies
Undertake necessary due diligence to match transaction nature with the customer profile
Communicate clearly prohibited services due to regulations

Requirements:

Graduate with 2 years of experience
Holistic understanding of the Branch Operations and Processes of the bank
Sound understanding of the company’s customer service requirements
