Job Description:

The Assistant Manager - Outlet at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort is responsible for overseeing team collaboration, ensuring cleanliness, monitoring guest service, and supporting management in staff hiring, training, and evaluation. The role entails compliance with company and safety standards while delivering a superior guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff works cohesively as a team
Oversee timely opening and closing duties
Maintain equipment and cleanliness
Monitor dining room availability and guest needs
Submit work orders to maintenance
Report incidents and accidents promptly
Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating employees
Maintain compliance with safety and company policies
Welcome and assist guests with professionalism
Maintain positive working relationships.

Requirements:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Complete opening and closing duties
Maintain cleanliness of work areas
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
Submit maintenance repair work orders
Report incidents and accidents
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees
Adhere to company policies, safety, and security standards
Provide excellent guest service
Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, lift objects, bend, and stoop
At least 1 year of related work experience.
