Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Account set up in Back-office system: Liaising with custodians, collating SSIs from clients, custodians and setting up a/c in BOS and registering the same on exchange portal
Ensure accurate & timely capture of trade details in BOS, generation of contract notes and sending out trade confirmations in timely manner to clients and custodians
Managing the trades settlement process of equity trades accurately and in timely manner
Performing daily reconciliations of equity and futures trades, investigating and resolving discrepancies and issues
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry standards and identify and mitigate operation risks
Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries from internal stakeholders, clients and external counterparties.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in equity operations or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, accounting or a related field
strong domain knowledge of Indian equity & derivatives markets and operational processes, excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills and should be a good team player.
