Job Description

This role owns HR operations and employee lifecycle delivery, covering attendance, leave, HR MIS, documentation, and payroll coordination. The role requires strong operational discipline, compliance orientation, and accuracy. The incumbent independently manages operational responsibilities end-to-end and ensures process adherence. Operating mindset: Own it. Solve it. Close it. Performance will be evaluated on accuracy, timeliness, compliance, and employee feedback.

Job Responsibility

  • Own attendance and leave management
  • Maintain employee records and documentation
  • Prepare HR MIS and operational reports
  • Ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, joins, exits, changes)
  • Coordinate with central payroll team
  • Support Full & Final settlement processing
  • Maintain payroll documentation records
  • Issue employment letters, confirmations, renewals
  • Support onboarding documentation formalities
  • Manage exit documentation and clearance checklist
  • Ensure system updates and compliance closure
  • Act as first-level HR support for attendance, leave, payroll, documentation queries
  • Support implementation of HR policies and operational processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Hands-on exposure to attendance, leave, MIS, and payroll coordination
  • Strong documentation and follow-up discipline
