Job Description:

The West Bridgewater Public Library, serving a community of approximately 7,500 residents, seeks a dynamic, creative, and service-oriented Assistant Director. This position combines high-level administrative responsibilities with leadership of Teen and Young Adult Services, programming, technology support, and public service. The Assistant Director reports directly to the Library Director and acts as second-in-command, representing the Library in the Director’s absence.
