Assistant (m/f/d) Legal Department - REMA TIP TOP

Job Responsibility

  • Handling cases in the field of intellectual property law, particularly trademarks and patents
  • Assistance with contracts, legal briefs, and the preparation of committee materials
  • Communication and coordination with notary offices, as well as coordination of external attorneys
  • General office management, handling correspondence independently, and providing organizational and administrative support to the department’s staff members
  • Preparing for and following up on meetings, as well as creating presentations
  • Invoice verification and account assignment
  • Maintenance of the electronic document repository
  • Travel management, including expense reporting

Requirements

  • Completed training as a legal assistant or patent attorney’s assistant, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a law firm or the legal department of an internationally active business
  • You are known for your resilience and ability to work independently
  • You always keep track of things, even when juggling multiple tasks at once
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach
  • Discretion and loyalty are a given for you
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills round out your profile
