Job Description:

Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements. Assist with negotiation, drafting and also transactional arrangements for the company's businesses. Advise on legal aspects of potential investments covering potential compliance and risk management issues. Conduct legal research to support business unit's decisions and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Qualified lawyer in Hong Kong (or other common law jurisdictions)
Minimum of 3 years' PQE, gained in law firms with some inhouse experience will be a plus
Fluent in English and Chinese is a pre-requisite
Excellent communication skills being able to work well both independently and as a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
