Job Description:

Assistant Kitchen Production Manager role responsible for the development of the IKEA business in the IKEA Kitchen area, striving to make people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere that gives customers a good reason to return again.

Job Responsibility:

Development of the IKEA business in respective area of responsibility: IKEA Kitchen
Make people smile while providing irresistible food offers in a welcoming atmosphere
Look at the store through the eyes of customers and walk the store regularly
Have daily dialogue with customers to get continuous feedback about their experiences
Take action based on customer input
Contribute to area's action plan by supporting manager in implementing it with the team
Actively contribute and support relevant marketing and in-store activities
Ensure area is efficiently maintained as well as clean, organised, attractive and inviting
Create an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality
Ensure diversity is valued

Requirements:

At least 3 years relevant experience of working in a leadership role managing a large team in a fast-paced food and/or retail environment
Experience of working with a KPI-driven action plan
Knowledgeable in food safety (HACCP) guidelines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to lead, train, influence and collaborate with others
Sales-driven
Cost-conscious
Passionate about food and people
