Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive sales growth, achieve targets, and strengthen relationships with key retail channels
Take ownership of the commercial relationship, managing trade budgets, negotiating trading terms, and planning targeted promotional campaigns to maximize ROI
Collaborate closely with internal brand, trade marketing, and operations teams to ensure flawless in-store execution and implementation of customer-specific strategies
Conduct regular business reviews with key partners, utilizing in-depth data analysis to provide insights on performance, product launches, and market trends
Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG key account management
Experience covering hypermarket or supermarket retailers is highly desirable
Independent and data-driven individual with strong communication skills
