Job Responsibility:
Deploy sales activity plans with key operators with the use of the company available sales tools
Lead the negotiations with potential operators within company’s policies & budget and monitor their performance & compliance to take corrective action where appropriate
Unlock annual agreements with potential customers for the company strategic categories
Ensure appropriate/ frequent contact with key stake holders in each customer are being carried out as per the contact matrix
Conduct frequent kitchen demonstrations to key operators to generate incremental business
Agree on a joint business plan with assigned key accounts that delivers the company strategic objectives
Set clear performance expectations for the key accounts to achieve growth of strategic categories in line with profit guidelines
Ensure flawless execution of agreed plans across all key accounts
Identify growth opportunities across core and innovation SKUs with the current as well as the new customers
Build a strong pipeline for business development in the designated Area.
Requirements:
University graduate (Business Major is a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Key Accounts/Food Services and commercial negotiations
Strong negotiation & presentation skills
An initiator mindset with the ability to develop strong execution bias to provide win-win solutions for the entire stakeholders
