Job Responsibility:
Deliver annual sales targets including volume, value, and profitability for assigned MT accounts
Build strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers (buyers, category managers, store operations)
Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities and address challenges
Ensure perfect store execution: On-shelf availability (OSA)
Planogram compliance
Promo activation and price adherence
Display implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–4 years of experience in Panda (preferred)
Experience managing key accounts in KSA
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Excellent analytical and numerical ability
Relationship-building and customer management
Category management understanding
Knowledge of in-store execution and merchandising principles
