Job Description:

Hang Seng Investment Management Limited is seeking an Assistant Investment Operations Manager to monitor and support daily trade processing, streamline processes, and collaborate on system enhancements. The role emphasizes building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring smooth trade settlement while maintaining accurate records. Applicants should have 3-4 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Monitor and support daily trades processing in different systems
Ensure smooth trade settlement, corporate actions election and maintain accurate books and records
Handle client’s instruction on cash wiring and settlement
Reconcile transactions and investigate discrepancies
Build strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders
Identify system gaps and collaborate on enhancements and testing
Streamline processes and strengthen operational controls

Requirements:

Around 3-4 years of relevant working experience
Solid understanding on trade processing and operational workflows
Strong attention to details and a commitment to quality
Ability to thrive under pressure and work collaboratively
Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective communication with different stakeholders for business outcomes
