An Assistant Instructor is qualified to teach up to Level 4 Certificate (level 6 Diploma, if applicable) and assist Instructors/Senior academics in delivering course content, conducting practical sessions, assessing student performance (in classroom and labs), ensuring they master essential culinary skills, safety standards, and professional etiquette. Their responsibilities also include providing academic guidance to students and assisting in the development of educational materials and curricula.
Job Responsibility:
Teach up to Level 4 Certificate (level 6 Diploma, if applicable)

Requirements:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma with 5 years of industry/teaching experience OR Trade Certificate (FQF level 4) with at least 6 years industry/teaching experience with License or Professional certification
Plus, Certificate in Teaching TVET (level 5)/ Cert IV in Training & Assessment/National Certificate / Diploma in Tertiary Teaching
Applicants who do not have the specific teaching qualification should be willing to upgrade
Nice to have:
More years of industrial experience (+5 years) with License or Professional Certification and Higher qualification with some teaching
