Job Responsibility

  • Teach up to Level 4 Certificate (level 6 Diploma, if applicable) and assist Instructors/Senior academics in delivering course content, conducting practical sessions, assessing student performance (in classroom and labs), ensuring they master essential culinary skills, safety standards, and professional etiquette
  • Provide academic guidance to students and assist in the development of educational materials and curricula

Requirements

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma with 5 years of industry/teaching experience OR Trade Certificate (FQF level 4) with at least 6 years industry/teaching experience with License or Professional certification
  • Plus, Certificate in Teaching TVET (level 5)/ Cert IV in Training & Assessment/National Certificate / Diploma in Tertiary Teaching

Nice to have

  • More years of industrial experience (+5 years) with License or Professional Certification and Higher qualification with some teaching
