Job Description

The primary role of Manufacturing Quality function is to design, implement and monitoring quality control programs. Key deliverables include, but not limited to, recommending changes to methods, procedures and standards to improve quality of output based on analysis of data and systems. Ensures products are built correctly to specification, quality standards and appropriate regulatory compliance. Reports defects and tracks until resolution.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform inspections, check testing and sampling procedures for product manufacturing processes
  • Carry out manufacturing line inspections, sampling, testing of incoming components and raw materials to ensure that company standards are met
  • May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods
  • Apply approval or rejection labels to raw materials and finished goods
  • Involved in management of non-conforming products and release of conforming finished goods

Requirements

  • Has basic skills and knowledge to perform routine tasks
  • Has completed vocational training or obtained equivalent experience
