Job Description:

Are you a driven and experienced project manager passionate about innovation in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at bringing new products and packaging to market? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing and managing multiple product and packaging innovation projects, from concept development to launch
close collaboration with cross-functional teams
strong focus on project execution, quality, and efficiency
leading project teams
managing budgets and timelines
coordinating with marketing and R&D
ensuring successful product launches

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the CPG industry
strong understanding of consumer package goods, package design, product innovation, and marketing principles
proven project management skills
CPG experience
package design knowledge
product innovation expertise
marketing acumen
cross-functional collaboration abilities
excellent communication skills
strong problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
