Requirements:
Minimum 3 years management experience in Restaurant or Room Service operations
Demonstrate adaptability to live in a remote location
Excellent English and Spanish (Preferred) language
The ability to oversee all aspects of the Restaurant operation, including scheduling, training and motivating the team
The ability to ensure there is consistency of quality and efficiency of food & beverage service
The ability to ensure Four Seasons standard service procedures are followed at all times
The ability to work closely with the Room Service Manager and Culinary team
The ability to ensure that sanitation standards as set forth by Four Seasons and federal regulations are in compliance as well as the cleanliness and organization of the Room Service area
The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts
The ability to communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met
The ability to coordinate personal training to guarantee a high level of service and productivity
Successful candidates must possess legal work authorization in Mexico
