We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant In-Room Dining Manager to support the leadership of our In-Room Dining operation and contribute to the continued success of our Food & Beverage Division. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee and enhance our In-Room Dining experience, ensuring seamless, personalized, and discreet service for our guests while maintaining the exceptional standards of Four Seasons. Working closely with the In-Room Dining Manager and the Food & Beverage leadership team, you will help drive operational excellence, team engagement, service consistency, and memorable guest experiences. We are looking for a hospitality professional with a strong leadership presence, a hands-on approach, and a genuine passion for developing people and elevating service standards.
Job Responsibility
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees within the In-Room Dining operation to ensure Four Seasons cultural and service standards are consistently met
Supervise the daily operation of In-Room Dining, including Mini Bar operations and the coordination of special guest requests
Control labour and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while maximizing operational efficiency
Ensure exceptional service standards by maintaining quality, accuracy, presentation, and timely delivery of all In-Room Dining orders
Communicate effectively with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met and attend regular operational meetings
Plan schedules and monitor employee performance while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
Lead and motivate the team by promoting the Four Seasons Golden Rule
Build and maintain strong guest relationships by anticipating needs and creating memorable in-room dining experiences
Requirements
Previous leadership experience within a luxury hospitality or high-end Food & Beverage environment
Strong operational knowledge of Food & Beverage service, preferably within In-Room Dining
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while balancing operational priorities and business objectives
Excellent command of the English language
