Montefiore is seeking enthusiastic, caring and team-orientated AINs to support our residents at our campuses in Hunters Hill, Randwick and Woollahra. We have vacancies for AINs to work on permanent full time, part time and casual basis. Candidates who are available to work weekdays are preferred.
Job Responsibility:
Provide personal care needs and services as per consumer’s individual care needs and care plans
Provide person-centred care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Deliver care that aligns with consumers dignity, choice, and independence
Requirements:
Previous experience in Aged Care
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care as a minimum requirement
Positive, caring and compassionate with a fantastic work ethic
A great communicator who enjoys working in a supportive team
Open to continuous learning
Russian speaking candidates are highly regarded
