Job Description

We are seeking dedicated AINs (Cert III) with a passion for looking after our Elderly to work at our Facility located in North Parramatta. Flexibility is essential to cover various AM, PM and Night shift shifts.

Job Responsibility

  • Assisting with personal care activities
  • Monitoring and reporting on the health and wellbeing of residents
  • Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents

Requirements

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
  • Previous experience working in an aged care or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of resident safety and wellbeing
  • Evidence of Covid vaccination
  • Right to Work in Australia essential
  • NDIS Worker Screening
