Job Description:

The Assistant I/O Psychologist role is part of EZRA Labs, focusing on designing scientifically-backed propositions and solutions that create positive behavioral change and lead to organizational impact. The role involves supporting the I/O Psychology and Solutions teams in designing and executing strategies, data analysis, and developing data assets.

Job Responsibility:

Support the I/O Psychology and Solutions teams to design and execute assessment and measurement strategies for clients to demonstrate the impact and ROI of coaching
conduct data analysis and present findings using data visualization and data storytelling techniques
support the I/O Psychology team to develop and maintain data and insights assets, e.g., benchmarks, data visualizations.

Requirements:

Completed a graduate education in applied psychology (e.g., Business/Industrial-Organizational/Social Psychology) or a similar discipline of social science
experience in client-facing roles, ideally in an Applied Psychology role, is desirable but not essential
education in psychometrics, statistics, and data storytelling
comfortable with common statistical methods (e.g., correlational analyses, ANOVA’s, regression modelling)
experience using software such as SPSS or ‘R’ to analyze data alongside common software tools such as Microsoft Excel
ability to translate complex statistics into compelling narratives and data visualizations.

Nice to have:

Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in an Applied Psychology role
applied work experience in psychometrics, statistics, and data storytelling.
