Job Description

As an Assistant-Human Resources, you will assist colleagues and guests, handle administrative tasks for Human Resources Leaders, manage calendars, organize events, and support staff with inquiries and logistics in a professional and proactive manner at JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide a warm welcome to colleagues and external guests
  • handle administrative tasks related to Human Resources
  • ensure efficient handling of inquiries and requests
  • organize and assist with staff events, leadership meetings, and office activities.

Requirements

  • Assist both colleagues and external guests courteously and efficiently
  • handle requests efficiently and exceed their expectations
  • handle the calendar and administration assistance for the Human Resources Leaders
  • schedule and arrange appointments as required
  • respond to all inquiries including ticket and vacation entitlements
  • handle locker requests, name badges, ID’s, employee letters, cross training forms, purchase requisitions, expense reports
  • support internal HR projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports
  • handle all office administration duties such as faxes, mail, phones, photocopying, and office supplies
  • prepare payroll for administration staff
  • assist with and support staff events such as leadership meetings, executive retreat, staff receptions
  • check HR forms like passport withdrawal, flight booking, payroll deduction, internal application and cash advance.
