As an Assistant-Human Resources, you will assist colleagues and guests, handle administrative tasks for Human Resources Leaders, manage calendars, organize events, and support staff with inquiries and logistics in a professional and proactive manner at JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur.
Job Responsibility:
Provide a warm welcome to colleagues and external guests
handle administrative tasks related to Human Resources
ensure efficient handling of inquiries and requests
organize and assist with staff events, leadership meetings, and office activities.
Requirements:
Assist both colleagues and external guests courteously and efficiently
handle requests efficiently and exceed their expectations
handle the calendar and administration assistance for the Human Resources Leaders
schedule and arrange appointments as required
respond to all inquiries including ticket and vacation entitlements
handle locker requests, name badges, ID’s, employee letters, cross training forms, purchase requisitions, expense reports
support internal HR projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports
handle all office administration duties such as faxes, mail, phones, photocopying, and office supplies
prepare payroll for administration staff
assist with and support staff events such as leadership meetings, executive retreat, staff receptions
check HR forms like passport withdrawal, flight booking, payroll deduction, internal application and cash advance.
