Job Responsibility

  • Serve as a complex role to support daily HR operations of The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Actively involve in talent acquisition from the hiring and screening process to onboarding arrangement
  • Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records according to hotel policy and legal requirements
  • Provide support in all-round human resources services ranging from recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and daily HR operations which deemed necessary
  • Ensure that the “Gold Standards” of The Ritz-Carlton are delivered graciously and thoughtfully every day

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management
  • 5 years or above of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
  • A team player with outgoing personalities
  • Passionate and service oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
