Job Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including full-spectrum recruitment and onboarding workflows
  • Oversee payroll processing, statutory contributions, and compensation administration in line with legislative requirements
  • Implement and refine organisational policies, internal procedures, and employee relation frameworks to ensure compliance
  • Design and facilitate talent development programmes, including performance appraisals, training initiatives, and succession planning
  • Analyse workforce data and human resource documentation to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-spectrum human resources with a track record in a leadership or managerial capacity
  • Solid knowledge of local labour laws, statutory compliance, and payroll administration practices
  • Demonstrated capability in performance management, organisational development, and employee relations
  • Ability to operate independently and communicate effectively within a fast-paced corporate environment
  • 3 years experience
